METHOD OF PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Cards. If you do not wish to give your credit card information on-line, call us at (270) 597-2987 to make other payment arrangements.


SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders are shipped by U.S Priority Mail or U.S. Priority Flat Rate, whichever is less expensive. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Insurance can be purchased if requested. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive confirmation email when your packaged has been shipped. We make every effort to save you money on the shipping. If you have any special shipping requests, please notify us.

International Shipping
We are currently shipping outside the USA to Canada and Australia. Additional shipping cost do apply. If you have a special request please contact us via email or phone. International Envelopes cost $23.95 to Australia and $19.95 to Canada. We can ususally fit about 8 yards in a flat rate envelope.




PICK -UP ORDERS
If you are coming our way and want to save on the postage, please make a note of that in the shipping options section of the check-out page. You are required to enter your payment information in order for us to process your order, but you will be given the option of paying with cash or check in the shop when you pick up your order. We hold pick -up orders for 1-week , unless longer is approved by phone or email. For more information, please contact us.


Purchases that ship within the state of Kentucky are subject to 6% sales tax.



REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on cut fabrics. All orders are reviewed before shipping, but we are human and can make mistakes. We want our customers to be happy with their orders, if you are not, then please contact us. There are things we can’t change, but we will make every effort to satisfy our customers.
